At Northington Consulting, Rachel’s focus is heavily in the area of business development, and she also engages in program management, corporate strategy, and corporate efficiency improvements. Rachel was a founding member and Executive Board member for Auburn University’s 100+ Women Strong organization that serves to recruit, retain, and reward women in engineering and still actively supports this endeavor through speaking engagements, training, and mentoring.
