Responsibilities:

  • Provide Air Force or Navy advice on establishing an Enterprise Live, Synthetic, and Blended Operational Training Infrastructure (OTI) standardized architecture. 

  • Assist in developing a plan and implementing metrics for all aspects within OTI.

  • Assist in generating reports and analyses to support investment decisions.

  • Assist in developing mission-based metrics to evaluate resource and fiscal options.

  • Assist in assessment of OTI activities.

Qualifications:​

  • MS or higher in Operational Research/Math/Statistics

  • Degree earned within the last 20 years. 

  • 5 or more years in operations research related positions.

  • Experience in developing and applying metrics for decision aids and assessments.

  • Strong communications and briefing skills.Ability to present in both prepared and/or ad hoc discussions.

  • Senior staff experience in the Pentagon or other major command.

  • Substantial U.S. Air Force or Navy experience. 

  • Working knowledge of the DoD and U.S. Air Force or Navy. 

  • Working knowledge of operational practices of the Modeling & Simulation Community to support training. 

  • Working knowledge with DoD requirements process /Acquisition/PPBE. 

  • Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with existing Department of Defense security clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance
