Responsibilities:
Assist ACC with the development of Warfighting future concepts and plans for the implementation of all aspects of the Operations Training Infrastructure (OTI).
Responsible for exercising responsibility for matters related to information, command and control (C2), networks, cyber, intelligence, space, electronic warfare (EW), and maritime domain awareness (MDA); the Information Dominance Corps (IDC); and oceanography and knowledge of the environment. Project personnel shall provide C2ISR support, particularly PPBE support ACC staff and subordinating units.
Contractor shall provide support services to assist ACC Air Force initiatives by conducting cross-functional reviews of C2ISR concepts, programs, and initiatives in order to provide decision quality information and analytical underpinning for top-level decisions, particularly for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) efforts and developing future Air Force capabilities and concepts.
Duties will request services for strategic thinking, planning, programming, and technical support including: data collection and research; decision making and analytical support; technical assessments; programmatic support; assistance in development of requirements, capabilities and analysis; development of executive-level briefings in support of ACC/A35 priorities; and coordination with internal and external commands, activities, units, and organizations.
Assist all Air Force organizations and echelons, and include interaction with the Intelligence Community, DISA, JITC, Joint Staff, other Services, DoD, and/or international militaries and organizations. Personnel assigned to this task shall provide support to all C2ISR action officers for the betterment of planning and execution.
Develop, conduct, provide analysis, and support staffing to joint initiatives and associated documents that will have an impact on ACC cyber components.
Must establish and maintain office functional files and reference files; knowledge management applications e.g., SharePoint, Air Force training requirements and resources, DIRRS, ART, and other training platforms.
Qualifications:
Required:
Former military aviator (Pilot, Combat Systems Officer, Air Battle Manager, Electronic Warfare Officer, etc)
1000 flying hours’ experience in one of the following: U-2, E-3A, E-8, RC-135, EC-135, WC-135, RQ-4 or other similar airborne C2ISR platform.
Experience on MAJCOM or higher staff
Understanding of SAP/SAR procedures and policies
Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with existing Department of Defense security clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance
Desired:
Intermediate or Senior Service School In-Residence Attendee
2 years MAJCOM or higher experience
Graduate of any USAF Warfare Center Tactics School
